1. No Returns & No Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products once they are sold.
All sales are considered final.
2. Exchange Policy (Defective or Damaged Items)
We only offer exchanges in cases where the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchange requests must be submitted to aditi@dayara.co.in within 7 days of receiving the product.
Proof of damage/defect (images or videos) is required for verification.
3. Approval Process
All exchange requests are subject to approval by our quality control team.
If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the defective product.
Exchanges will be processed only after the defective item is received and inspected.
4. Conditions for Exchange
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Exchanges are only applicable for the same product; no changes in size, color, or model are allowed unless the original item is unavailable.
5. Non-Exchangeable Items
Products purchased during sales or promotions may not be eligible for exchange unless proven defective.
