When will I receive my order?

All orders are dispatched within 48 working hours. Typically, the delivery timelines are as follows:

Pune: 0–2 days 

Metro cities: 1–4 days 

Rest of India: 2–7 days

You'll be kept in the loop with a live tracking link shared via email or SMS. Sometimes shipments get stuck in transit— in such cases, we promise to follow up relentlessly and make sure your order reaches you ASAP :)

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is placed, we’ll email you the tracking link along with the details of your order. You can track the shipment by simply clicking the link provided to you in the email/message.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Our team takes pride in breakage-proof packaging — we wrap every piece like it's our favourite (because it is). But transit can be unpredictable, and if something does arrive damaged, that's on us.

All you need to do is:

We'll ship a replacement and keep you updated every step of the way.

A little note on handmade ceramics: Small glaze variations, minor asymmetries, or slight colour differences between pieces aren't flaws — they're proof a real person made it. That's the beauty of handcrafted pieces made by real humans, not machines.

What is the return/exchange policy?

Ceramic products are fragile by nature, so we don't offer returns or exchanges.

But if your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong — that's on us, no questions. Reach out within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement. If the item isn’t available with us, we’ll process a full refund.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel within 4 hours of placing the order. However, once the order is processed, we won’t be able to cancel it. For any modifications, we're happy to help as long as the order isn’t shipped. Do let us know at the earliest so we can do our best.
