Shipping policy
We put just as much thought into getting our products to you as we do into making them. Here's everything you need to know about how shipping works at Dayara Homes.
1. Where We Ship
We deliver across India — metros, smaller cities, and everywhere in between. If your pin code is serviceable by our logistics partners, we'll get the order to you.
If we're unable to deliver to your location for any reason, we'll reach out to you directly to figure out the best way forward.
2. Shipping Charges
All orders ship free. No minimum order value, no conditions.
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Payment
All orders must be prepaid via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or any other payment method available at checkout.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for ceramic products. Ceramics are fragile by nature, and prepaid orders allow us to ensure a smoother, more reliable delivery experience — for you and for us.
4. Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is placed, we typically process and hand it over to our shipping partner within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order or custom pieces may take a little longer — we'll let you know at the time of purchase if that's the case.
You'll receive a confirmation email (or WhatsApp message) with your tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
5. Delivery Timeline
Most orders reach you within 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metro and tier-1 cities often receive deliveries sooner.
A few things that can affect timelines: remote or hard-to-reach pin codes, public holidays, weather disruptions, or unforeseen logistics delays. These are rare, but worth keeping in mind.
6. How We Pack
Ceramics don't travel like t-shirts. Every piece is individually wrapped and cushioned with protective layering to minimise the risk of transit damage. We take this seriously — your order is packed to survive the journey.
That said, if something does arrive damaged despite our best efforts, our Returns & Exchanges policy has you covered. Just reach out within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos & an unboxing video, and we'll sort it out.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to check real-time updates on where your package is and when it's expected to arrive.
8. Multiple Items, Multiple Shipments
If you've ordered several products, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages — especially if items are shipped from different locations. You won't be charged extra for this. Each shipment will have its own tracking information.
9. Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? You can do so within 4 hours of placing your order by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. After that window, we may not be able to cancel if the order has already been packed or dispatched.
If we need to cancel your order on our end (due to stock issues or other circumstances), you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
