Dayara Homes is a handmade ceramics and home decor brand based in Pune, India. The website dayara.co.in ("Website") is owned and operated by DAYARA LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED with its registered address at S No 4/1 4/2 4/3/1 4/4, Fl No C-405 Equilife H, N.I.A., Pune City, Pune, Maharashtra, India, 411045.
Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Dayara Homes. "You" and "your" refer to the person accessing the Website or placing an order.
1. Eligibility
By using this Website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You also confirm that the information you provide — including your name, contact details, and payment information — is accurate and complete.
2. Products & Descriptions
We do our best to represent our products accurately through photographs and written descriptions. That said, there are a few things to keep in mind.
Handmade nature of our products: Every piece at Dayara Homes is crafted by hand. This means no two items are exactly alike. Variations in glaze, colour, texture, brush marks, surface finish, minor pinholes, and slight differences in dimensions are inherent to the process. These are characteristics of handmade ceramics, not flaws, and are not considered grounds for return or exchange.
Colour accuracy: Product colours may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your device settings, display calibration, and lighting conditions. We photograph our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee a perfect colour match between what you see online and what arrives at your doorstep.
Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or restrict sales to certain regions without prior notice.
3. Pricing
All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate. However, if a pricing error is discovered after you've placed an order, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order. We reserve the right to correct errors and update prices at any time without prior notice.
Promotional offers, discounts, and sale prices are valid only for the specified duration and may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion.
4. Orders & Payment
Placing an order on our Website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion — for example, if there's a stock issue, a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Payment: All orders must be prepaid at the time of checkout. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other payment methods available through our payment gateway. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for ceramic products.
Order confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed and payment is received, you'll get a confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp. This confirmation does not guarantee fulfilment — in rare cases, we may need to cancel due to stock limitations or other unforeseen issues. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
5. Payment Security
All payments on our Website are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit card, debit card, or bank account details on our servers.
While we take reasonable steps to ensure the security of all transactions, the payment gateway provider is responsible for the encryption and processing of your payment information. We encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.
Any refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and will be credited to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy page.
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party courier services, weather, natural events, or any other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any shipping issues.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our default resolution for eligible issues is a replacement or exchange. Refunds are processed only in specific circumstances. For complete details on eligibility, timelines, and the process, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page.
8. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. After this window, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
If we cancel an order on our end due to stock issues or other reasons, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website — including but not limited to text, product names, descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, page layouts, and design elements — is the property of Dayara Homes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a product link with a friend) is perfectly fine.
10. User Conduct
When using our Website, you agree to:

Photographs on our Website serve as visual representations of our products. Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics and the variables involved in digital photography and screen display, the product you receive may differ slightly from the image. This includes minor variations in colour, pattern, size, and finish.
We do not accept returns or exchanges based solely on perceived differences between a product image and the actual item received, provided the product is structurally sound and free from defects.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dayara Homes shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Website, your purchase of our products, or any inability to access or use the Website.

We acknowledge all grievances within 48 working hours and aim to resolve them within 1 month of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
18. Country of Origin & Product Information
All Dayara Homes ceramic products are handmade in India. Where applicable, product pages on our Website will display relevant details including dimensions, weight, material composition, care instructions, and country of origin.
For any imported goods or materials used in our products, the name and details of the importer will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page.
19. Force Majeure
Dayara Homes shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performing our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, supply chain interruptions, or any act of God.
In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and resume normal operations as soon as practicable.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
